Hi all,Phonics Units 5-7 are now ready for download from the Teaching Resources page. Note that units 6 and 7 have swapped from the original plan. As I was preparing the materials, I realised that teaching long vowels before "ng" was better.
As well as the new phonics units, there are a few other additions:
- For teachers that would like to get certificates this term, there are four Activity Assessment Forms at the end of the Training Materials section. Read through these to help you prepare for your assessment. If anyone would like a certificate for a different activity, please let me know and I will prioritise writing that assessment.
- In the Team Learning Section, there is a file of Generic Resources, which includes team labels, lucky dip cards, and a few other miscellaneous items that don't fit anywhere else.
- Also in Team Learning, the Scoring Guide has been updated to V 3.2.
- Finally for this update, the Training Plan form has been updated to V 2.0. The layout is a bit clearer, and there is a check-list to remind us about your semester objectives.
I see quite a few people have already posted their first Reflection Diary. Well done! For anyone that is struggling, Khrus Mam and Nok will help you write the first one next time we come for training.
