Here're my reflection Diary :
1. Activities : ครูผึ้งจัดทีมใหม่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นป.4 แต่ยังไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปนักเรียนและยังไม่มีชื่อฝรั่ง เพราะยังไม่มีเวลาเพียงพอ ส่วนป.5 OK. นอกจากนี้ยังได้ทบทวนการนั่งแบบต่างๆ สี และหมายเลขของนักเรียน นักเรียนก็ทำได้ดีขึ้น กิจกรรมที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้คือ Phonics Drilling Phonics Rain และ Line Challenge. นักเรียนชั้นป.5 ทำกิจกรรมได้ค่อนข้างดี ส่วนนักเรียนชั้นป.4 ยังใหม่อยู่ยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร
2. Phonics : ครูผึ้งได้ทบทวน Unit 1-3 สำหรับ ป.5 ส่วน ป.4 สอนได้แค่เสียงสระ a e i o u เท่านั้น และทำกิจกรรมดังกล่าว นักเรียนชั้นป.4 บางคนยังจำเสียงสระไม่แม่นยำ จำสับกันระหว่างเสียง a และ e ส่วน Phonics ป. 5 นักเรียนอ่านประสมคำได้เก่งขึ้น
3. General Content : ครูผึ้งได้สอนคำศัพท์ School Object โดยใช้คำศัพท์ในบัญชีคำพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน
4. Classroom Language : ครูผึ้งได้ทบทวนประโยคที่ใช้ในห้องเรียน เช่น Sit down, Stand up, Listen to me, Red Team stand up, Blue Team No. 5 stand up etc. และได้เพิ่มประโยคใหม่ซึ่งจะใช้เป็น Quiet Signal ด้วย นั่นคือ "Be quiet" เพราะครูผึ้งไม่สามารถปรบมือให้เสียงดังได้ ซึ่งก็ได้ผลดีมาก
5. Student Independence : ครูผึ้งยังไม่สามารถมอบหมายให้นักเรียนรับผิดชอบได้ เพราะยังไม่มีเวลาฝึกนักเรียน

Good work!
For phonics, I recommend teaching consonants before vowels. The main reason is that there is a relationship between the name of the letter and its phoneme; e.g. "m" and "mmmmmmmmmmmm".
If you start with the vowels, the students get confused because they have already learned that, for example, "a" is called เอ, but now you are telling them that it is really แอะ!
Anyway, don't worry. They will pick it up eventually as you know from P5.
